I am interested in evolution of sexual behaviour and mating strategies. I have been studying the interaction patterns between male and female zebrafish and how they associate with each other during mating and courtship. I also look at the mating strategy in this species under various ecological  conditions like competition, predation pressure and habitat complexity.

 

I mostly spend my free time working for stray dogs in the campus and playing with my dog Nolan who is also my roomie. I write occasionally and I like to listen to music, mostly rock and blues and watch movies and read books, the usual.
